Clearly we are nearly the same age as we had many of the same toys and looked almost identical in 1970!

I had Dressy Bessy, and that stove brought back a million memories. Oh, and that jumpy ball thing with the handle too! Ok, now, did you happen to have a giant plastic ball that could could actually get inside and roll down a hill or spin around in? So not safe, but one of our favorite toys ever. I have rarely seen anyone else with one of them though.

Happy day, thanks for sharing the fun!

Hi Jessi! What a great posting to meet you on. Thanks for adding me as a FlickR friend, I added you as well and just had to find you blog after seeing your photos. Here you are and a great introduction to your childhood sets the stage for me. Loved Dressy Bessy & Dapper Dan. I also had some of my favorite memories at the pool. MMMmmm, can still smell that chlorine smell in my hair. Such sweet photos but not nearly as sweet as the memories attached to them. Wonderful to meet you and do hope to see you around more often.
