Healthy Friday!


Hey Dolls!!

Im so excited for
 "Healthy Fridays!"
So buckle up and enjoy the ride.

Recipe of the week!
(wrong spelling on my banner)


"Posh Pancakes"

what you'll need:

1 cup uncooked oats (not instant)
6 egg whites
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 packets sugar substitute
1/4 cup berries (if you want)



 place in Blender:
mix: oats,egg whites,cottage cheese,vanilla,cinnamon, and sugar substitute.
Blend till smoothe



Non stick pan
i use pam spray
pour batter 1/4 cup
cook till edges are brown.
flip and cook till done.




i use spray butter,
 and fat free syrup.


Delish!
My kids and hubby love them!

Serves 2
305 calories
15 g protein
5 g fat
9 g fiber

Tip of the week!


Vitamens!

They usually upset my stomach.
SO... i use gummy vitamens.


I really like Vitafushion.
sold at Target.

Treats of the Week!


Fiber One
cottage cheese.
The Best!

Love this drink.
i'm always freezing, and this warms me up and tastes just like apple cider.


Sugar free jell-o.
theres always room for Jello!


It even comes all ready made.
10 calories!!!
Throw a little fat free coolwhip on there and voila!


Love this popcorn!
you can eat the whole bag and feel no guilt!


Hydrate!
if you don't like the taste of plain water, there are several choices out there for you.
I love crystal light.
I also use the "to go" pouches.

Work out tip of the week!


Finding the right
work out shoes!




The right shoes will make such a differance.
You will want to work out!!!

Thanks for the gummy vitamin idea. I did not know they came as gummys.. i just started taking vitamins every day. the vitamin D is so big i gag on it. I am getting gummys next time..

OHHH Fab post Jessi!!! Pancakes are one of my favorite foods, I could eat them all day, lol! THANK YOU for this recipe, it looks wonderful. And thank you for the tip on the vitamins. I take six a day and they bother my tummy too. YAY for jell-o and lowfat popcorn!! Thank you for this wonderful post, I will look forward to these every week.

The pancakes sound yummy. I gave them up when I started my new diet, but I think these would be okay ever so often! I also love the Alpine Hot Cider ~ even have hubby hooked on it, too!

Whenever I go to the US I bring back loads and loads of Crystal Lights I love them but we don't get anything like them here in England!

I drink the sugar free hot chocolate, but have never tried the cider.
